  1. It's depends on the size of our class, length of time we have available, the physical features of the classroom, and the nature of the group task. Here are several options you could try, like buzz group, think pair share, circle of voices etc of different topics of any subjects.

InIt is a style of active learning and inquiry-based learning. PBL contrasts with paper-based, rote memorization, or teacher-led instruction that presents established facts or portrays a smooth path to knowledge by instead posing questions, problems or scenarios.

  18. Project based learning is dependent upon the problems, time given, problem given, no. of students etc. In project base learning first a problem is identified. Then data collected and analysis of data done. Monitor by the teacher, and at last the final stape to assessed the learners to know their achievement.

    Our students are curious and always prefer peer learning. So any group work can be assigned to them as a task.
    Suppose we are in a Science Class and instruct our students after making 4 groups that they have to go out side the classroom and collect types of leaves, making a table and fill ten columns about those leaves.
    We can also give task to collect five items which can dissolve in water and five items which can not be dissolve in water.

  20. We can also give them a task to collect vegetables with various natural fertilizer. And fill the columns of Carbohydrates, Protein, Fiver, Mineral, Vitamins etc. And allow them to discuss which group have collection of more new items.
    In this way we can assign various tasks to our learners as Group works.

  21. Project activity or work is nothing but the search, investigation, construction or task directed towards a specific purpose. A group of learners can identify a problem, design a work plan, address a problem, search for appropriate resource, carryout plan, draw conclusion on the basis of data information collected. They learn fundamental principles, methods, processes and are exposed to the phases involved in a scientific investigation. Concept regarding pollution of water, and air may be taken for the students group of class 8 for project work. They can search the causes of pollution, places from where pollution take place, influence of pollution, source, all these data must be recorded in a table and reflection towards diseases exa typhoid is due to the use of polluted water will be clarified in group discussion. Display, observation, exprimentand project work of science can find the sollution having specific conclusion. Observation of plant, visit of workshop of a goldsmith or blacksmith to identify metal, collection of various seeds, fruits, flowers, leaves, etc are the examples of project work for investigation and problem sollution. The group learn fundamental principles, methods, processes of science and are exposed to the phases involved in a scientific investigation. Concepts regarding pollution of water and air and causes of diseases like tiphoid may be assigned to a group learner of cl8 for a project activity(work). Having a table for collection of data they can write about the name of pollution, from where pollution take place(source), influence of pollution, causes of diseases like typhoid etc. Display, observation, experiment and project work of science can search a problem and its sollution. Study about plant and its observation, collection of seeds, fruits, flowers, leaves, visiting the workshop of goldsmith and blacksmith to identify metal, observation of planets in the sky etc are the project activity for learners.   28. We can assign Project Work in each and every topic of General Science taking the content in consideration. Because it is a strategy that is based purely on activity and may be conducted individually, by peer or in group, giving the learner utmost opportunity to do and learn outside the classroom situation making their learning cognitive, interesting and long lasting.

  40. Group projects can reinforce skills that are relevant to both group and individual work. It also allow students to share diverse perspectives. Concepts like rain water harvesting, reuse of waste materials, use of solar energy, compost formation, different uses of medicinal plants can be assigned as projects for group learners.

  44. We can make various walls like Art Wall, Language Wall, Math Wall, Science Wall etc in the classroom and indicate captions. The captions may be in Science Wall are List of Fruits, Flowers, Vegetables, Body Parts, Elements, Compounds, Vitamins etc. Besides, the Learning Shelves may also be useful and variably used as well.
